Business Nature
BJR Global is an independent export and trading company engaged in sourcing, consolidating and exporting automotive spare parts and accessories from India to international buyers.
We are authorized channel partners with a few reputed Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for domestic business only as mentioned in the "About Us" section. All brand names and logos displayed are for reference only.
Product Information
Product names, models and brand references are used solely for identification and compatibility purposes.
Products are sourced from verified OEM authorized distributor and Tier-1 manufacturers or trusted aftermarket suppliers.
Specifications, pricing and packaging may change without prior notice.
Orders and Pricing
Orders are valid only after written acceptance/ written confirmation against the given PFI.
Prices are quoted in USD / INR as per INCO terms and depending on the order volume, availability and logistics.
Lead time varies with product type and source location.
Letter of Credit will be only from any internationally reputed bank (i.e., Standard Chartered, HSBC, HDFC, etc,.)
Payments
Accepted methods: Against Clearance of Letter of Credit (LC)
All related bank charges (if any, at the destination) are borne by the buyer unless stated otherwise.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipments are handled under FOB, CIF or EXW terms based on the agreed mutual terms by the buyer and the supplier.
Once goods are handed to the carrier, risk transfers to the buyer.
BJR Global is not responsible for transit delays or damage beyond its control.
Returns and Claims
Any claim for shortage or damage must be reported within 2-3 days of receipt.
Returns require prior written approval and must be in unused condition.
Return freight is the buyer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
Intellectual Property
All logos, trademarks and brand names are property of their respective owners.
Use of such marks for reference does not imply affiliation or authorization.
Limitation of Liability
BJR Global shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or products supplied.
Governing Law
All/ any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
